禦寒浸薑:

材料:
黃薑仔6兩

處理:
1. 黃薑仔,清水沖洗乾淨。
2. 切細舊,放入攪拌機攪碎,這樣會更出味。
3. 黃薑碎,放入煲,加入水7升,大火煲滾,但要小心滾瀉。
4. 薑水開始滾起,轉最慢火,再煲10分鐘。
5. 薑水煲好後,加入自來水,調校至合適溫度,就可以開始浸手或腳。

天氣開始轉冷,就是最佳的治療時間。

睡覺之前浸15分鐘,每一晚浸,效果最好。

How to fight against the extreme cold weather:

Ingredients:
Yellow ginger 6 taels

Preparation:
1. Yellow ginger, rinse with tap water.
2. Cut into small pieces, blend it, this will enrich the flavour of ginger.
3. Minced yellow ginger, put into pot, boil up with water 7L at high flame. Beware of boiling over.
4. Ginger syrup starts to boil up, turn to low flame, boil for 10 more minutes.
5. Ginger syrup has been boiled~up. Mix with tap water to a suitable temperature. You can start soaking you hands or feet.

It is the suitable time to start soaking hands or feet when the weather starts to turn cold.

Soaking for 15 minutes before going to bed. Repeat for several days. You will see the differences.
